FAA 145 Search is a search engine for aviation companies and individuals from any sector of the aerospace industry who are looking for an FAA 145 repair station to overhaul or repair a component, assembly, engine or aircraft. It helps aircraft operators and owners find repair stations, and it is free to search. This is not a government website.

Enter a part number or keyword. Results show the FAA 145 repair stations that have uploaded a capabilities list that includes that part number. You can send a request for quote (RFQ) to as many of those stations as you like through our RFQ page, and they reply to you directly.

The repair station data that we receive from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is synchronized weekly, barring unforeseen circumstances. The FAA file we last received is dated November 2, 2026. We cannot guarantee that it is complete or current, so please confirm anything important with the FAA at FAA.gov.

No! This search engine has no influence on who the customer selects to work on their parts or equipment. We have no stake in which repair station you choose. A repair shop should be selected based on whatever the quality assurance criteria is for the customer. Customers still use whatever internal procedures they have to qualify and approve a vendor/repair station. The two parties work directly with each other. This search engine does not provide a means to collect a repair station's pricing data or anything between the two parties, it's business as usual for both parties. FAA 145 Search does not choose a repair station for you. Quote requests may be reviewed before they are passed on.

Only FAA 145 repair stations that appear in our list can register. If you do not see your company on our list of shops, please contact us. We get this information from the FAA. Any public visitor can use our search engine for free to find a repair station, but to register and upload your repair capabilities your company must be an FAA 145 repair station. You are required to match your company name with your FAA certificate number during registration. Registrations are reviewed before they are approved.

We provide a way for repair stations to receive quote requests by uploading their inventory and repair capabilities into our MRO search engine. This allows them to appear in the search results for the part numbers in their capabilities. We are another channel for repair stations to promote their inventory and repair services to customers worldwide. Registration is free.

Simply sign-up for your free account. After being approved you will be able to upload your capabilities list, logo, certifications, pictures and video of your company. This will enhance your profile on our website which will be viewable by the public and linked to your capabilities. Repair Stations that do not sign-up and add their repair capabilities will not appear in search results by part number or capability.

RFQs go to the people at your company who have registered on this site and been approved. Every FAA 145 repair station has a public profile, but it does not appear in part-number results until someone from your company registers and uploads your capabilities. The Key Personnel listed on the profile come from the FAA and do not receive RFQs unless they register too.

Sign up for a free account. We verify that you work for the repair station before approving you. We do this by e-mail from your company's own domain, or by a phone number listed on your company's website. If we cannot confirm that you work there, you will not be approved. Free e-mail addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo need additional verification. Once approved, you can upload capabilities and receive RFQs separately from others at your company.

FAA 145 Search is a search engine, not an online marketplace. Our patented technology indexes the capabilities that repair stations upload and combines them with FAA data. We don't ask members to leave other services that work for them. FAA 145 Search is an additional way to be found.

No! It is free for the public to search for FAA 145 Repair Stations and submit unlimited RFQs. It's also free for FAA 145 Repair Stations to upload their repair capabilities to receive requests for quotes (RFQs).

FAA 145 Search receives Repair Station Data from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We cannot alter any of the information we receive from the FAA. Repair stations can enhance their company profile by adding "Additional Details" like a Logo, Certifications, Capabilities, Pictures and Video.

We receive this data from the FAA. We cannot change this information in our system and we do not provide the ability for repair stations to change it from within their account on this website. You MUST contact your local FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) to request the change. It will reflect on our site once it has been corrected at the FAA level. This keeps our information the same as the FAA's records.

IMPORTANT! "Additional Details" (i.e. Capabilities, Logo, Pictures, Certs, etc...) that were added to your profile by someone in your company who signed-up has nothing to do with the FAA data listed in your profile. DO NOT contact the FAA about correcting the "Additional Details" information that were added by your company - just sign-in to your account and update your "Additional Details". When in doubt, ask us through the Contact Us page before contacting the FAA.

Key Personnel come directly from the FAA and cannot be changed on our site. This is usually the company's FAA quality contact, who may not be in sales. To be listed as a sales contact who receives RFQs, register for an account. Registering changes nothing with the FAA, and using this site submits nothing to the FAA, because we are an independent company.

When submitting an RFQ through our site you can choose to send it to a repair station either by email, phone or fax. Email delivery depends on many servers around the world and can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, so we recommend contacting the repair station directly by phone if you need a quick response.

Please use our Change Request page. We review each request. Please be aware that if you are removed from FAA 145 Search you will not be able to promote your repair services using our technology.
